Production of video materials for All Russian Population Census

Creation of the animated series "The Adventures of ViPiN" in order to make target audiences interested in the Census, to tell about the importance and new formats of the upcoming event in accessible and interesting way. The main character of the series - the mascot of the All-Russian Population Census - humorously plays up the situations that arise during the Census.
